Garlic Sauce

I thought I had already posted a link to my favourite recipe for Toum, but no, so here it is; http://thefoodblog.com.au/2009/10/toum-lebanese-garlic-sauce-recipe.html

and here are the ingredients should anything ever happen to that fabulous site.

4 cups of neutral oil, canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup peeled whole garlic cloves (not crushed)
1 heaped tbsp salt

Go over there for the very detailed instructions on making an emulsion.  It’s a great site.
